The Anemometer:

It is the device that equips the Weather stations to measure the Wind speed. There are anemometers with diverse forms of operation, but for meteorological use usually they are habitual those of “pans”, that act as a small mill of wind when affecting envelope they them bursts. In the interior usually they have a small generator that will be the one in charge to transmit the signal of wind speed in the form of electrical impulse.
The gust of maximum wind as the average speed, fruit of the different sums from bursts in a certain time usually is moderate as much.

The vane:

This habitual device that we see in any bell tower of any Church of Spain is the one in charge to indicate the wind direction. Unlike the vanes that we see in a bell tower which they only offer a visual signal, those that equips a weather station, goes twisted so that a movement of the same, transmits an electrical signal that it is interpreted through an electrical transducer to properly transform it a numerical value or of direction.
